Our client base is growing by day and most of them are globally known brands. Some of the clients we were lucky enough to work with are Botlin Africa, a company that offers tour operators in East Africa from Zanzibar, Tanzania. They provide an extra touch with regards to Tours, Excursions, Transportation, Accommodation in both Zanzibar and mainland Safaris. IKON Labs was able to create their website and assist them in going online.
Another ongoing project of IKON Labs is being done for the Sri Lankan Convention Bureau. Sri Lanka has become one of the most sought after tourist destinations in South Asia. The recent past however has also highlighted the country as a perfect MICE ( Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events) destination due to its strategic location. IKON labs is currently developing a mobile application for their official Sri Lankan MICE campaign.
Furthermore, we have also carried out a customer-data analysis for Abans, where we analysed data through Google data studio and Google Analytics platforms to identify the various factors that are affecting the customer behavior in online purchasing of Air Conditioners through Abans web platforms. Outcomes of the campaign were integrated in efficient planning of social media campaigns of said products.
